Giving your child a Muslim name

There are thousands upon thousand of names that could possibly make it difficult for you in helping you to find the right name for your child. Some things you can do to avoid or solve this problem is by trying to choose a name that has an interesting description to you like maybe the name "Zaman" which means "time, destiny" (a boy's name) or perhaps "Aamanee" meaning "good wish" (a girl's name). Another way you can try solving this problem is by finding one description that relates to your personality or something.

Now another thing I wanted to say is that and this might already be pretty obvious to 'most' people out there but uhh the most common and popular name is 'Muhammad'. I have heard that it is popular in the U.K which has overtaken 'George'.

Allright before I end this post I just want to say that, well first I'm real sorry if I did not make this post as interesting enough and if i did not stick with just one topic and if did this post all wrong. But anyway yeah what I wanted to say is that uhh, you can give your baby a name that is outside of the Arabic language. Well according to IslamOnline that is what it said. They also mention the names that are forbidden to choose, since it contains bad meanings. Give their site a look if you want cause I thought it was a very useful read.
